About master lee continues... |
Then, Master Lee suffered an injury during Judo training that ended his dream of becoming an Olympic gold medalist and a world class champion. During his struggle with his injury, Master Lee met Grandmaster Jang Yeop Chun, who was a Korean doctor of Acupuncture. Under Grandmaster Chun's Acupuncture and chiropractic care, and providence of God, Master Lee recovered from his two year long injury and returned to Tae Kwon Do training. |
Master Lee then decided to become a healthcare provider, and he entered the National University of Health Science (formally NCC) in Chiropractic and Acupuncture program. During his training to becoming a Chiropractic and Acupuncture doctor, Master Lee taught an army of Chiropractic student doctors in Tae Kwon Do and led them to several Tae Kwon Do championship first places. During this feat, Master Lee was granted a fourth dan black belt by Grandmaster Cha Sok Park and the World TaeKwonDo Federation (WTF) in 1991. Today, as a doctor and a teacher, Master Lee focuses on developing safe and effective training methods for instructors and high level sparring competitors. His passion is to continue training in TKD, HKD and Kum Do and other martial arts throughout his life and to teach his children and students in becoming genuine martial artists. One day, you may see master Lee on the side line of the Summer Olympic Games and World competitions as a coach or as a team doctor. |
